Our company trusted this exporting company based on the reviews and profile on Alibaba. The samples received were of quality, but when placing the large order of 220,000pcs, the exporter refused to comply with the previous DDP agreement, blocking the process. Communication via chat was poor, with late responses and vague excuses. The exporter did not show professionalism or comply with its commercial obligations related to a DDP agreement, seriously affecting our importing company. It was a huge waste of time! It is strongly discouraged to work with this exporting company.
